Thabani M. Banda has over 30 years of experience in architecture, program management, and building performance across diverse sectors. He has worked with architects, contractors, and utility stakeholders to lead multidisciplinary teams and execute projects through all phases, from conceptual design and feasibility to construction administration. He works regularly in the field to perform quality assurance (QA/QC) inspections and building performance testing, utilizing diagnostic tools such as blower doors and infrared cameras. He is well-versed in all aspects of the building enclosure, including building science, weatherization, and energy audits, to maximize building performance and sustainability. His Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University has given him a comprehensive understanding of building design and the technical precision required for complex facilities. He has completed major projects in the United States, managing portfolios exceeding $50M annually for both ground-up developments and existing facility retrofits.
