Steven is an experienced consultant with 10 years in the building enclosure field. Starting his career in Houston, TX with remedial repairs to existing structures including low-sloped roofing and exterior walls and glazing systems. Steven has extensive knowledge of new construction including commercial office, healthcare, and commercial residential construction. He also enjoys staying up to date with the latest Texas real estate news and developments in the greater Austin metro where he currently resides. On the weekends, you can find him exploring the Texas hill country on his adventure motorcycle. Steven is a Registered Roof Observer with IIBEC, Construction Documents Technologist with CSI, and an active member with the Austin chapter of SMPS.
