Phil is an experienced Senior Building Enclosure Consultant at BPL, with 25 years of experience constructing complex healthcare, institutional, and curtain wall projects and providing enclosure expertise for a variety of project types throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest. His expertise includes a wide range of fenestration systems, air/water barrier systems, and commissioning of building envelopes on new construction design consulting. He brings a comprehensive and collaborative approach to building enclosure design and consultation to foster a shared project team commitment to the sustainability of the built environment.
