Nick has been in the building enclosure industry for almost 25 years now. Largely because of his educational background dabbling in chemistry, he will tell you he especially loves the science side of building science. His enclosure project experiences range from old and historic to new and innovative. He’s worked on small residential projects and enormous sports, healthcare, entertainment, and transportation projects that have touched just about every possible enclosure element including a project where water was the water control layer! He loves unique projects where he often works with teams to break systems down to the fundamentals in order simply and solve complex challenges. He has spent his career striving to provide exceptional service and he believes that relationships with clients are far more important than any single project. His approach to establishing trust, building relationships, and giving sound enclosure consulting advice has been the foundation of his career in the industry.
