The new Truist Securities headquarters is a 250,000-square-foot, nine-story Class A office building located at The Battery Atlanta, immediately adjacent to Truist Park in Cobb County. Designed to meet LEED standards, the building features a 42,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art trading floor and accommodate approximately 1,000 teammates. Positioned roughly 300 feet from home plate, the headquarters offers direct access to the mixed-use amenities of The Battery Atlanta, a two-million-square-foot development that includes dining, retail, hospitality, and entertainment venues. The project represents a significant long-term investment by Truist, supported by a 15-year lease, and reinforces the company’s continued presence and growth in the Atlanta market.
