One Bridgeland Green is a three-story, 49,000-square-foot mass timber office building and the first of its kind in the Greater Houston area. Designed to advance sustainable workplace design, the building features corrugated weathered steel panels, glazed curtain wall clerestories, storefront glazing, zinc panel accents, and a standing seam metal roof. The project is targeting LEED v4.1 certification, further supporting its emphasis on sustainability and high-performance design.
