East River is a large-scale mixed-use development located along the Buffalo Bayou in Houston’s historic Fifth Ward and East Downtown area. The commercial portion of the development includes two five-story office buildings with retail and amenity spaces, a standalone retail and restaurant building, and a six-level parking garage with ground-floor retail.
