600 Montgomery Street is being transformed into a 98-key boutique hotel and conference center, revitalizing a historic 1950s structure in Downtown Montgomery. The adaptive reuse converts the eight-story, 80,000-square-foot building into a destination for museum visitors and business and leisure travelers. The hotel will include 15,000 square feet of meeting space with a 200-seat ballroom, a rooftop pool and event area, a meditation garden, a full-service restaurant, and a new five-story reception and conference center, connected by a pedestrian bridge over Montgomery Avenue.
