415 Colorado is a 47-story mixed-use tower in downtown Austin featuring residential, office, and retail uses. The approximately 877,000-square-foot development includes ground-floor retail, integrated parking, amenity decks, and private terraces within a façade composed primarily of unitized curtain wall, window wall, and aluminum composite metal panels.
