David is a building science and enclosure specialist delivering engineering consulting to public and private organizations on building enclosure and energy design and construction for new and existing buildings.  For over 35 years he has been involved on energy and building science projects across North America in all climate zones. He also provides facility management consulting expertise on Carbon Neutral Studies, Energy Management Studies and, Re-Commissioning Plans. He has been directly involved in the Canadian National Codes development process over the past 20 years. He continues to work in the theories and practices of passive and active energy systems, building science, and the building enclosure across all aspects of the industry, including design, R&D, codes and standards development, and practical application of technical solutions to client problems.
